Calzedonia Group × Blindspot · The playbook

The playbook behind the lift. How fashion media buying went programmatic.

01 · The brief

Modernize fashion’s media model

As part of the Calzedonia Group, premium brands Intimissimi and Falconeri wanted to move beyond traditional, static media buying into a data-driven programmatic approach, greater precision, flexibility, and accountability for every impression served.

The point wasn't reaching more people. It was reaching the right people at the right moments, while cutting the waste baked into non-optimized, 24/7 screen rotations.

Quotable, self-contained, sourced, Blindspot case data, June 2026

  • Calzedonia Group (Intimissimi · Falconeri) ran this campaign on Blindspot's self-serve DOOH platform.
  • Measured outcomes, Waste cut: Non-optimized 24/7 screen time · Companion result: +53.55% store visits.
  • Creative approach: Dynamic, omnichannel-synced.
  • Booked the way every Blindspot campaign books: exact screens, exact hours, per-play pricing visible upfront, no minimums, the same model behind 30%+ savings vs traditional buys.
02 · The plan

From rotations to reasons

The shift replaced fixed buys with programmatic delivery: screens selected for audience fit, schedules tuned to the hours when the right shoppers are actually present, and budgets that could move mid-flight instead of being locked at signature.

On top of that sat dynamic creative with omnichannel integration, outdoor messaging synced with what the brand was running everywhere else, so a shopper met one coherent campaign, not five disconnected ones.

03 · The flight

The playbook, in practice

The clearest expression of the strategy is the U.S. store-visit campaign it powered: four markets, a 16-mile targeting radius around each store, mixed formats optimized by dwell zone, and exposed-vs-control measurement from day one.

Strategy and proof, in that order, the playbook came first, the +53.55% lift followed.

The structural win is permanent: once measurement and optimization are built into the buying model, every future campaign inherits them.

05 · The takeaway

Fashion meets data precision

Premium brands don't have to choose between image and accountability. By rebuilding the media model around programmatic delivery and built-in measurement, Calzedonia turned visibility into measurable growth, without dulling the brand to do it.

Every impression should have a reason.

This wasn't a custom one-off. The same three moves are sitting in your Blindspot account right now, no enterprise contract required.

Move 01

Audit the 24/7 waste

Map which of your current OOH hours actually reach your audience, the gap is usually the budget for everything else.

Move 02

Rebuild around windows

Replace flat rotations with programmatic scheduling tuned to when your shoppers are actually out.

Move 03

Bake in measurement

Set up exposed-vs-control on store visits before launch, so every campaign reports like performance media.
