Section 1

Cookies and Website Tracking

Open "Cookie settings" in the site footer (powered by Cookiebot) to accept, reject, or manage analytics and advertising cookies by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. We do not set non-essential cookies before consent where consent is required, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising where applicable. See the Cookie Policy for the full, live list.

Section 2

"Do Not Sell or Share" / Targeted Advertising

We do not sell your personal data. We do use advertising and analytics tools on our website (for example Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Leadfeeder, and Apollo), which under some U.S. state laws may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising." To opt out, reject advertising cookies in Cookie settings or enable GPC. These choices are device- and browser-specific, so set them on each device and browser you use.

Section 3

Marketing Emails

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email hello@seeblindspot.com. You cannot opt out of essential service messages (billing, security, legal) while you hold an account.

Section 4

Audience and Location-based Advertising (DOOH)

Our digital-out-of-home planning and measurement use device identifiers and location/audience signals obtained from measurement partners (see Privacy Policy §7A). You can limit this at the source:

Section 5

Your Data-protection Rights

Depending on where you live, you can request to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, and appeal a decision. EEA/UK individuals have the GDPR/UK GDPR rights in Privacy Policy §12; U.S. state residents (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others) have the rights in §13.

How to make a request:

  • Post (EU): SC FREEDOM MASK SRL, Aleea Privighetorilor 85, Suite 68, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania
  • Post (US/global): TPS Engage LLC, c/o Radu Bogdan Savonea, 55 Water Street, Soho Works, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA
  • Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.

We will verify your identity and respond within the time your law requires (generally 45 days, extendable once where permitted). We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Section 6
