"Do Not Sell or Share" / Targeted Advertising

We do not sell your personal data. We do use advertising and analytics tools on our website (for example Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Leadfeeder, and Apollo), which under some U.S. state laws may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising." To opt out, reject advertising cookies in Cookie settings or enable GPC. These choices are device- and browser-specific, so set them on each device and browser you use.

Marketing Emails

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email hello@seeblindspot.com. You cannot opt out of essential service messages (billing, security, legal) while you hold an account.

Audience and Location-based Advertising (DOOH)

Our digital-out-of-home planning and measurement use device identifiers and location/audience signals obtained from measurement partners (see Privacy Policy §7A). You can limit this at the source:

• On your device: reset or delete your mobile advertising identifier and turn off or restrict location permissions in your device privacy settings.
• Industry opt-outs: Digital Advertising Alliance, youradchoices.com and optout.aboutads.info; Network Advertising Initiative, optout.networkadvertising.org; Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
• With us: email dpo@seeblindspot.com and we will pass suppression requests to our measurement partners where feasible.

Your Data-protection Rights

Depending on where you live, you can request to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, and appeal a decision. EEA/UK individuals have the GDPR/UK GDPR rights in Privacy Policy §12; U.S. state residents (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others) have the rights in §13.
