Our Commitment
We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for digital accessibility, and we consider accessibility in how we design and build our website (seeblindspot.com) and customer platform. Our goal is for our digital experiences to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is a continuous process. We periodically review our website and platform, aim to incorporate accessible design and testing into our development process, and work to remediate issues we identify or that are reported to us. As we add features, we work to keep them accessible.
Known Limitations and Third-party Content
Some content may not yet be fully accessible while we work toward conformance. In addition, parts of our experience rely on third-party tools, embedded services, and advertising creative supplied by others, which we do not fully control; we encourage our partners and advertisers to provide accessible content but cannot guarantee third-party conformance.
Requesting Help or Reporting a Barrier
If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website or platform, or need information in an alternative format or another reasonable accommodation, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information, service, or support you need:
- Email: support@seeblindspot.com (please include "Accessibility" in the subject and describe the issue and the page or feature involved)
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests promptly and to respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Blindspot. Your input helps us improve.
