What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site, used to make sites work, remember preferences, and collect usage information. We also use related technologies, including:

• Pixels/web beacons, tiny images that record when a page or email is opened;
• SDKs, code in apps that performs similar functions;
• Local storage (e.g., HTML5), stores information in your browser.

We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this Policy. Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by partners), and session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (remaining for a set period).

Categories of Cookies We Use

Our cookies are categorized and managed by Cookiebot, which performs regular automated scans of the Site. As of the most recent scan (15 June 2026), Cookiebot identified the cookies summarized below across the following categories. The Cookiebot banner and its live scan are the authoritative, real-time inventory; categories and individual cookies may change as the Site changes, and any newly detected cookies are classified before they are set where consent is required.

2.1 Strictly necessary (always on). Required for the Site and the customer portal to function, for example, authentication and session management (Next-Auth), security and bot management (Cloudflare), payment processing (Stripe), and remembering your cookie choices (Cookiebot). These do not require consent and cannot be switched off through our consent tool.

2.2 Preferences (consent where required). Remember choices and settings to improve your experience (for example, certain Stripe and LinkedIn preference cookies).

2.3 Statistics/analytics (consent where required). Help us understand how the Site is used, for example Google Analytics and PostHog (product/site analytics), Mapbox (map usage for Screen locations), and similar measurement. LogRocket session-analytics technology may also record interactions with the customer portal to help us debug and improve it.

2.4 Marketing/advertising (consent where required). Used to measure, deliver, and retarget our own marketing, and to understand which businesses engage with us. These are set by third parties including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Leadfeeder (B2B website-visitor identification), and Apollo (B2B sales intelligence), and involve cross-site identifiers. They load only after you consent where consent is required.

The Site uses 119 cookies in total as of the 15 June 2026 scan. The tables below give representative examples by category; the full, current list is maintained and kept live by Cookiebot (accessible via "Cookie settings"). A number of recently detected cookies are still being classified, and we classify them before setting them where consent is required.

Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies

4.1 Consent banner. When you first visit (and periodically after), our consent-management platform, Cookiebot, lets you accept all, reject all, or choose by category. We use strictly necessary cookies by default; we set functional, analytics, and advertising cookies only after you consent where consent is required, and such cookies do not fire before consent in those regions. Your choice to reject non-essential cookies is presented with the same prominence and ease as your choice to accept them (for example, an equally visible "Reject all" control). Banner logic adapts to your region's requirements. You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Where applicable law requires it, we also honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) for relevant tracking.

4.2 Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works. Most browsers explain how in their "Help" menu.

4.3 Opt-out signals. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) for applicable tracking.

4.4 Third-party opt-outs. Withdrawing consent in the Cookiebot banner ("Reject all" or "Cookie settings") stops our non-essential analytics and marketing cookies. You can also use each provider's own controls, for example, Google's analytics opt-out add-on and Google Ads settings, and your ad/privacy settings with Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), to limit those providers' processing.

4.5 Do-not-track. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; there is no common industry standard for responding, so we respond to the recognized opt-out signals described above instead.

Consent Management Tooling

We use Cookiebot to load third-party tools and cookies only in accordance with applicable consent and regional requirements, and to record your choices. This means non-essential cookies should not fire before you consent where consent is required.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in law. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date; material changes will be notified as described in the Privacy Policy.
