Acceptable Use
You may use the Platform only as a genuine tool to plan, buy, and run out-of-home advertising in compliance with the Terms, the Advertising Policy, applicable law, and Supplier and venue rules.
Prohibited Conduct
You will not, and will not allow anyone to:
2.1 Illegality and rights violations, use the Platform for anything unlawful, or that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that breaches sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or export-control laws.
2.2 Harmful or deceptive content/use, submit false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content (see the Advertising Policy), or use the Platform to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
2.3 Platform and security abuse, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of, or breach or circumvent, any security or authentication measure; access data or accounts not intended for you; introduce malware; or interfere with or disrupt the Platform (including via flooding, overloading, or denial-of-service techniques).
2.4 Scraping and reverse engineering, scrape, harvest, crawl, frame, mirror, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Platform or its data, except as the Terms or law expressly permit.
2.5 Billing, auction, and fraud abuse, circumvent or manipulate our fees, billing, pacing, or auction mechanics; submit false, sham, or collusive bids; use stolen or unauthorized payment methods; commit or facilitate payment or chargeback fraud; or evade verification (KYC) or sanctions screening.
2.6 Account abuse, share, sell, or transfer your account or credentials without authorization; create accounts to evade enforcement; or impersonate any person or entity, including Blindspot or a Supplier.
2.7 Data misuse, harvest or collect other users' data without consent, or use personal data obtained through the Platform in violation of the Privacy Policy, the DPA, or law.
2.8 Spam and misuse of communications, use the Platform to send unauthorized advertising, spam, or unlawful communications.
Reporting Abuse
Report suspected violations, security issues, or abuse to abuse@seeblindspot.com (security vulnerabilities: security@seeblindspot.com). Include enough detail for us to investigate (URLs, account or campaign references, dates, and a description). We do not publicly disclose reporters' identities except as needed to act or as required by law.
Security-researcher safe harbor. If you discover a vulnerability and report it promptly and in good faith to security@seeblindspot.com, without accessing more data than necessary to demonstrate it, without degrading our service or others' data, and without publicly disclosing it before we have had a reasonable chance to remediate, we will not pursue or support legal action against you for that good-faith research and will work with you to confirm and fix the issue.
Enforcement
4.1 Actions we may take. Depending on the severity and circumstances, we may: issue a warning; require corrective action; reject or remove Content; throttle, pause, suspend, or terminate Campaigns or your account; reverse or withhold improperly obtained benefits; require wire prepayment; report to authorities or Suppliers where appropriate; and pursue any remedy in the Terms or at law.
4.2 Proportionality. We aim to match the action to the seriousness of the violation, the risk of harm, and any history of violations, and to use the least disruptive effective measure where practicable.
4.3 Statement of reasons and appeal. Except where prohibited by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm (in which case we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable afterwards), we will provide the principal reason for an enforcement action, any steps to remediate, and how to appeal. Appeals are handled under the Support & Disputes Policy (including its escalation ladder). Supplier decisions on their own inventory are final, though we will pass on any reason a Supplier provides.
4.4 Immediate action. We may act immediately, without prior notice, where a violation is serious or ongoing, where required by law or a Supplier, or to protect the Platform, other users, Suppliers, the public, or third parties.
Relationship to Other Documents
This AUP supplements the Terms of Service and the Advertising Policy. If this AUP conflicts with the Terms, the Terms prevail. Enforcement here is without prejudice to our other rights, including suspension/termination and liability provisions in the Terms.
