What Flexibility is There in Adjusting Campaigns?
Once a campaign is published, you cannot make changes directly. However, you can request that our team pause the campaign during business hours, and you can create a duplicate of the paused campaign to make changes.
Are There Penalties for Changing or Canceling Scheduled Ads?
There are no penalties for changing ads or canceling before the campaign is scheduled to start on programmatically connected units.
Is the Pricing Based on a Cost Per Mille (CPM), Cost Per Time Slot, or Another Metric?
Generally, our pricing is based on a Cost Per Time Slot. By nature, CPMs are tied to digital marketing platforms like Facebook and Google Ads since they can guarantee impressions. With OOH and DOOH, you cannot guarantee a number of impressions. You can estimate reach with the use of technology, but that’s as far as you can get. So vendors that charge you by CPM are full of it.
