Role Description

Blindspot is seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in New York. This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be working with the CMO to manage all marketing efforts – from PPC, email, SEO, influencer marketing, event marketing, DOOH and more. This role is meant for someone who is great at managing complex marketing campaigns with multiple partners (both in-house and outsource), measuring KPIs and optimizing on the go.

We’re a startup that did not have to raise outrageous amounts of money only to survive. We actually build a scalable business, so we’re extremely performance driven.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
  • Prior experience with cross-channel marketing campaigns

The successful candidate will be working together with an Art Director to develop stunning concepts and executions for clients and drive interest for them to run campaigns on Digital Out of Home (Digital Billboards) via Blindspot. These concepts and executions will be developed together with the CMO and will not always be part of a brief. Yes, we’ll be sending clients ideas they didn’t even knew they wanted, which means you’ll be working on genuinely interesting ideas. We’re looking to create more spectacular content using Digital Out of Home.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back Office Executive located in Bucharest, Romania, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Back Office Executive is responsible for Digital Out of Home data management within the proprietary Blindspot platform. The Executive is required to have an extremely solid grasp on data analysis and management.

The role will require the individual to coordinate and communicate between various internal teams, learn the specifics of the Digital Out of Home inventory in key markets for Blindspot and work to identify opportunities with both the sales and marketing teams.
